It is possible a quorum (4 or more members) of the Holly Springs Town Council will be present at some time during a welcome reception for new Town Manager Randy Harrington and his family. The public may attend this reception for a chance to meet the new town manager. No Town business will be conducted by the Town Council during this social event held before the regular Town Council meet at 7 p.m..
